Scouting Report

6-foot-2, 155 pound left handed pitcher tops out near 80 mph with his fastball. Ranked #39 in the Nebraska 2019 rankings. Pitched in the 74-76 mph range most recently at the Nebraska Prospect Fall Classic. Tall lean frame with wide shoulders. Long loose arm action from a high ¾ slot. Funk in delivery, sporadic landing with front foot, front side has a tendency to leak causing fall off to his glove side. Sweeping 65-66 mph breaking ball with gradual depth. Feel for heavy running 70-71 mph change. 




PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Concordia University, Nebraska, Buena Vista, Southeast Community College Morningside College, Waldorf University, Northwestern College.

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

I have not taken any official visits to colleges interested in me but I do plan on visiting some in the fall season. My fall baseball team have had us traveling to colleges all around the area for tournaments such as Buena Vista, JCCC, Benedictine, and many more.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school?

I am very interested in a school that I can better my education where I can receive my desired degree and also have fun in doing what I love, playing baseball.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?

6.2 IP w/ 8Ks, 2BB, 1ER, 5H in 5-4 win over Big Fred’sMillard North

4 IP w/ 7Ks, 3BB, 0ER, 2H in 8-0 win over Lincoln Southwest Pinnacle Bank

6 IP w/ 8Ks, 2BB, 1ER, 3H in 8-1 win over East Ridge, MN

6 IP w/ 8Ks, 2BB, 1ER, 5H in 6-3 win over Omaha Central

Spring Stats: 35.1 IP, 42Ks, 1.78ERA

Summer Stats: 53.1 IP, 53Ks, 2.1ERA

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

One of my goals is to work hard in the weight room to hopefully gain some velocity. My main goal is to be top 5 in the state for ERA and strikeouts in both the spring and summer seasons.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

I do not play any other sports, baseball is year-round for me.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

My weighted GPA is 4.31 and my unweighted is 3.93 My ACT score is 30
