Rose is a 2023 grad out of Rockwall HS. He has a legitimate chance to be a two way player at the next level, but his highest upside is on the mound. He has a very efficient delivery and a clean arm path. The righty features a fastball that sits in the 88-90 range and in our viewing topped out at 91. He is aggressive on the mound and attacks the hitters with good command of the FB. He also has a breaking ball he throws in the mid 70's that he can throw for strikes or bury to put a hitter away. Rose has a good build, and should be able to carry a good workload.  There could be some velocity gains if he was to focus on pitching.  

Offensively, he has a compact stroke with power to all fields.  He can wear out the LC gap or turn on mistakes and punish them.  Behind the plate, he has soft hands as a receiver and does a good job of helping his pitchers out.  He throws well and consistently throws in the 2.0 range.
