Jon Savarise, LHP, Stevenson HS

Savarise is a 6-foot, 190-pound left-handed pitcher who throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a deceptive motion.  The unsigned senior has been especially strong this spring, going 4-1 with two no-decisions thus far. 

He has pitched a total of 37 innings with 49 strikeouts and 9 walks.  He is holding opponents to a .203 batting average and has yielded 8 earned runs.

Jon has also helped himself out offensively, leading the team in RBI with 21 and hitting .300 on the season.
