We expand to the Top 265 players across the commonwealth/DC area in our second to last installment of the PBR VA/DC Class of 2019 Player Rankings. We give you today's update with our final updated for the 2019 class coming in three weeks just prior to the MLB Amateur draft coming June 3-5.

There are three new faces in our top five as there has been plenty of shifting since our last updated. Moving up to the No. 2 spot is Casey Green (Coastal Carolina) of Benedictine as the Cadets have the top two players in the ranking with our No. 1 Jamari Baylor (Louisburg) maintaining the top spot. Nick Lockhart (Virginia Tech) switches places with Green at No. 3 and two new faces enter the top five in Christian Gordon (Liberty) at No. 4 and Geo Rivera (Old Dominion) moves into the No. 5 spot.

Rounding out the top five include Zach Agnos (East Carolina), Jacob Watters (West Virginia), Griffin Agee (Virginia), Clark Klitenic (Duke), and our biggest riser in the ranks, No. 10 Eli Weisner (Furman).

Weisner has had an impressive spring for Deep Run this year thus far, and it all truly started with an impressive performance at the PBR Mid-Atlantic Procase in February for us. The talented corner infielder shows a nice combination of offensive potential and athleticism that has made the Furman commit jump up our board this spring.

Top Newcomer to the rankings includes the impressive Joe Clancy of Westfield HS. Clancy is now our top ranked uncommitted player in the rankings after showing off a power fastball that was up to 88 this spring as Clancy has assumed an ace role for the Bulldogs.

All in all, we added 15 new faces to the ranks in this latest update. Remember our final rankings update will come on June 3 in three weeks.
