Region 5A
Hickory 4, #11 First Colonial 3
Cooper Newell and Brandon Walsh held the Patriots to just 4 hits while Austin Jones, Jacob Smith, and Ashton Smith all had multi-hit games for the Hawks. Jerry Barnes (William & Mary) had a home run and a walk for First Colonial.
Frank Cox 10, Princess Anne 0
Austin Irby (East Carolina) was 2-3 with a BB, 2B, and 3B and Joe Munitz was 3-4 while Jake Colucci threw a 6 inning 3-hit shutout with 5 strikeouts.

Region 4A
Grafton 10, Great Bridge 7
The Clippers rallied from down 7-3 with four runs in the sixth to force extra innings before winning the game in the tenth. Blaine Griffin was 3-6 with 2 RBI and Carter Hayes drove in the go-ahead runs while going 1-4 with 2 BB and 2 RBI. Trenton Evans had a home run for Great Bridge.
Smithfield 6, Deep Creek 4
Smithfield also came back late, trailing 4-2 in the fifth and riding a three-run sixth to victory. Evan Brobst was 3-4 with an RBI and both Sean Klein and Dominic Harkins had 2 hits and 2 RBI for the Packers.
Warhill 14, Warwick 2
The Lions took advantage of 16 walks and also got multi-hit games from Griffin Wall, William Piccatoggi, and Eli Dalton.
Churchland 9, Hampton 2
Carter Richardson was 3-4 with a 3B, 2 2Bs, and 2 RBI while Antonio Boone and Tyler Black also had multi-hit games.

Region 3C
#6 Liberty Christian 14, Monticello 3
Andrew Burns and John Simmons (Liberty) homered while Logan Duff (Randolph-Macon) had 2 2Bs and 4 RBI.
Rustburg 11, Broadway 1
Kyle Fields allowed just 4 hits in a six inning complete game with 7 strikeouts and Logan Litchford went 3-4 with 3 RBI.
Wilson Memorial 8, Fluvanna County 1
Finn Irving struck out 10 in 5 innings of 2-hit scoreless work on the mound while Dusty Cash launched a home run and Mason McDowell was 3-4 with 2 RBI and a 2B.
#20 Spotswood 15, Rockbridge County 0
Ben Moyer struck out 8 in 4.2 innings of 1-hit work on the mound. Dalton Nicely was 3-4, Luke Keister (Shenandoah) had 4 RBI, and Trevor Shifflett and Hezekiah Cross had multi-hit games. 

Region 3D
#9 Abingdon 5, Carrol County 4
The Falcons scored four in the bottom of the sixth to avoid the upset, Ethan Gibson (Virginia Tech) threw 3 innings of scoreless relief. Elijah Parks and Luke Bedwell each had 2 hits in the win. Isaiah Edwards held the Abingdon offense in check for five innings and Britt Berrier was 2-4 with a 2B. 
Cave Spring 9, Lord Botetourt 3
Trey Ludy gave up just 4 hits in 6.1 innings while Bryce Cooper and Owen Sweeney each had multi-hit games and Skylor Carrol drove in 3 runs. 
William Byrd 3, Northside 2
Byrd walked it off in the seventh on a Ross Divers RBI single. Hunter Sipe was 3-3 and tossed 2 innings of scoreless relief in the win. Dylan Dampeer was 2-3 with 2 RBI for Northside.
Christiansburg 10, Tunstall 3

Region 2B
Buckingham 3, Central Woodstock 0
Justin Gunter threw a 1-hit shutout with 11 strikeouts and Eli Bryant was 2-3 with an RBI.
Strasburg 9, Page County 3
James Sibert was 3-4 and was a triple shy of the Cycle while driving in 4 runs. Tanner Jenkins was 1-1 with 2 RBI and a BB.
Madison County 7, Clarke County 6
A back and forth game saw Madison score four in the fifth to take the lead and then hang on to win. Corey Helmick was 3-4 and Kody Dobyns was 2-3 with a 2B and 2 RBI. Quenton Slusher was 3-3 with a 2B and an RBI for Clarke. 

Region 2C Semifinals
Appomattox County 8, Chatham 7
Alleghany 3, Patrick County 1

Region 1C Semifinals
Grayson County 6, Narrows 1
Auburn 6, Parry McCluer 5
Auburn rode a 5-run fifth inning to storm back from a 4-1 deficit and punch another State Tournament ticket. Jared Lavergne was 1-3 with 2 RBI. Chase Smith was 3-4 for McCluer.

Region 1D
Rye Cove 13, Twin Valley 3
Andrew Jessee struck out 14 in 4.2 innings of relief and Lucas Lane was 3-3 with 3 RBI.
