The Bruins came back from a 5-0 sixth inning deficit to walk the game off in the eighth on a walk-off hit by pitch. JP Manarchuck (Mt. St. Mary's) was only charged with 1 earned run in 6.2 innings and Jake Drumm was the winning pitcher with 1.1 innings of hitless relief. Bennett Zippel was outstanding in the first five innings, holding the Bruins to no runs on just 5 hits, but Lake Braddock was able to get to him and the Wolverine bullpen in the sixth.

Carson Herod was 2-3 with a 3B and 3 RBI and Trey Shelton was 2-2 with a BB and an RBI.

Ethan Hudson struck out 7 in a 5-inning complete game Eli Brooks (Randolph-Macon), Ethan Brooks (VCU), Jaden Kinsler (JMU), and Andrew Harris all had multi-hit games.
Midlothian 5, Mills Godwin 1
Andrew Jones threw a complete game one-hitter with 8 strikeouts and hit a home run while driving in four runs as the Trojans pulled the upset.
Clover Hill 11, Hermitage 4
5 Cavaliers had multi-hit games as Clover Hill opened up an 8-0 lead after 2 and cruised to victory.

Turner Johnson was outstanding in relief as the Chiefs came back from an early deficit. Johnson went 5.2 innings, allowing 1 hit while striking out 8. Reid Ivey was 3-4 with a 2B and 3 RBI and Jalen Greenidge (Lincoln University) had 2 2Bs.

Jefferson Forest 2, Orange County 0
Breckin Nace and Luke Gouldthorpe combined on a 3-hit shutout with 8 strikeouts while Sully Tibbs (Radford) was 2-2 with 2 2Bs, a HBP, and an RBI. Scott Clore was the tough-luck loser for Orange, going the distance and allowing just 4 hits.

Maxim Fritts threw a 5-inning 4-hit shutout while Josh Markley and Kai Baker had multi-hit games and Cianan Moaratty had a 2B and 4 RBI.

Luke Skelton struck out 12 in a complete game 2-hitter to pick up the win while also going 1-3 with an RBI. Rhett Bach was the tough-luck loser for Windsor, going the distance and allowing just 5 hits.
