Today we give you our Week Five update to the PBR VA/DC Power25.

For the fifth week in a row, we have no changes at the top as our No. 1 & No. 2 teams in the state remain the same with Benedictine and St. John's college. Benedictine is off to a very impressive 17-0 start with a statement victory this week over fellow top 10 team Miller. St. John's has rattle off an impressive unbeaten streak for the past few weeks and are now 14-2 on the season. 

We have a new face at the No. 3 spot after Grafton got upset at the hands of Atlee last week. Jumping up from No. 5 is Battlefield as our new No. 3 team. They jumped over Cosby, who did not play a single game on the week.

Newest face to our Top Ten includes Hanover at No. 10.

Plenty of shifting in our 11-20 positions, as the biggest risers of the bunch are Hickroy who jump in after enter the ranks last week at No. 24. They are now No. 15 after a nice victory over Nansemond River.

Two new faces enter the mix, Gonzaga of the WCAC and Manchester of the VHSL 6A. they take the spots for Wilson and Cape Henry, who dropped out after tough weeks.
