Brandon Papp, 1B/OF, Uniontown HS, 2014
6-foot-3, 178 pounds with a long, lanky frame.  Switch-hitting first baseman, and corner outfielder.  Ran a 7.58 in the 60 yard dash.  At first base, he offers above average lateral mobility and a quick exchange.  Displays smooth actions in both the infield, and outfield.  He reached a top arm velocity of 73 mph in the outfield, while throwing through a 3/4 slot.  At the plate, the switch hitter uses a slightly open stance with short stride.  More natural and fluid from the right side.  Tends to bar front arm, forcing his hands to cast away from body.  Sufficiently implements lower half into swing.  Lindrive type hitter.  Registered a top exit velocity of 74 mph off the tee.

Brett Brunswick, 2B, Beavercreek HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 160 pounds with a thin frame.  Registered a 7.27 60 yard dash time.  In the field, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Features fluid footwork, and some softness in his hands.  Projects best at second base.  Showed accuracy in throws across the diamond, while topping out at 71 mph.  At the dish, the right handed hitter starts with a slightly open stance, and lands closed after stride.  Level swing path.  Overall, a contact type hitter that will use the entire field.  Reached a top exit velocity of 72 mph off the tee. 

Bryan Jansen, SS/2B, Beavercreek HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 160 pounds with an average athletic frame.  Registered the top 60 yard dash time at the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase clocking in a 6.80 time.  Throws through low 3/4 slot with some loose arm action.  Accuracy of throws were on point, and he topped out at 72 mph.  Average footwork, and exchange.  Needs to work on developing glove work when playing the backhand.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced set-up, with smooth load.  Uses a level swing path, and creates good lower half drive through contact.  Displays above average pop in his bat creating some gap-to-gap power.  Likely projects as second baseman with middle of the order potential. 

Caelan King, OF, Beavercreek HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 160 pound left handed hitting outfielder.  Average, athletic frame.  Ran a 6.97 60 yard dash time.  The left handed hurler throws through a 3/4 slot.  In the outfield, he lets his athleticism take over when attempting to make plays.  Clean footwork.  Throws displayed above average accuracy, while topping out at 78 mph.  At the plate, he features a balanced stance with short stride.  Needs to work on fully incorporating his lower half into swing.  Level swing path with good extension through contact.  A linedrive type hitter that shows the ability to use all parts of the field.  Reached a top exit velocity of 76 mph off the tee.

Chandler Smith, OF, Orrville HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 155 pounds with an athletic frame.  Ran one of the top 60 yard dash times at the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase clocking in at 6.82 seconds.  In the outfield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Tendency to change arm slots from throw to throw.  Displays an average exchange, and clean/fluid footwork.  Reached a top arm velocity of 72 mph.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a slightly open stance with short stride.  Contact type hitter that relies mostly on his upper body strength.  Developing the use of his lower half in his swing will only help him grow as a hitter.  Registered a 63 mph exit velocity off the tee.

Chappel Kelly, MIF, Princeton HS, 2014
5-foot-6, 150 pounds with a small, athletic frame.  Registered a 7.50 in the 60 yard dash.  In the infield, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Offers some above average range, and shows some softness in his hands.  Arm strength makes the 2014 prospect project best as a second baseman at the next level as he topped out at 68 mph across the diamond.  At the plate, the left handed hitter uses a balanced set-up with short stride.  Overall, at the plate he is a contact type hitter that shows the ability to hit to all fields.  Level swing path with good extension.  Use of his lower half still needs some improvement as there is minimal weight transfer in swing.  Reached a top exit velocity of 71 mph off the tee.

Christian Panico, 1B/3B, Valley Forge HS, 2014 
6-foot-2, 200 pounds with a big frame.  Clocked in a 7.65 60 yard dash time.  In the infield he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Needs to develop hands/glovework, and improving lateral mobility.  Displayed strong accuracy with throws that reached a top velocity of 74 mph.  At the plate, the right handed hitter starts with a closed stance, and uses a short stride.  Uses a level swing path with that offers average bat speed.  Will continue to grow at the plate as he develops lower half usage.  Pull tendencies with spurts of power.  Registered a top exit velocity of 76 mph off the tee.

CJ Schulte, RHP/C, Wilmington HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 180 pounds with an average frame.  Two-way switch hitting prospect.  Registered a 7.46 60 yard dash time.  Behind the plate, he throws with short arm action through a high 3/4 slot.  Best tool behind the dish is his arm, as he topped out at 75 mph.  Recorded pop times splits between 2.12 to 2.29.  Swing from both the left and right side are much alike.  Takes a fluid stroke and creates linedrive type production.  Implementing more lower half use into his swing will improve his power potential.  Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph.  On the mound, the right hander displays quick arm speed through a high 3/4 slot.  Offers four different pitches.    Features a 79-80 mph straight fastball, that he shows good command of the zone for.  Throws two different breaking pitches; one being a 57-59 mph curveball, and the other being a 63 mph knuckle curve.  Also throws a 67-68 mph changeup. 

Connor DiGiacomo, RHP, Geneva HS, 2014
5-foot-8, 148 pounds with a combination of strength and athleticism.  The right handed arm throws through a high 3/4 slot with short/stiff arm action.  He uses a drop and drive type delivery, and gets good use out of his smaller frame.  Smooth rhythm.  His best pitch is his heavy 83-85 mph fastball.  With a 5-foot-8 frame, his fastball is deceptively quick to the eye and gets in on the plate in a hurry.  His breaking ball is a 78-79 mph slider.  He has a tendency of throwing his slider a little too hard equating to minimal left to right movement.  He also mixed in a 78 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed. 

Daniel O’Keefe, OF, Teays Valley HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 200 pound left handed hitting outfielder.  Corner outfielder at the next level.  Ran a 7.37 60 yard dash time.  Throwing through a high 3/4 slot with long arm action, he reached a top velocity of 79 mph.  Footwork needs some cleaning up, as his front side tends to fly open during throws.  Best tool is his left handed bat.  Takes a solid approach to the plate, while using a slightly open setup and short stride.  Shows flashes of power at the plate, and will likely be a middle of the order bat.  Fluid stroke that shows pull tendencies at times.  Reached a top exit velocity of 85 mph off the tee.

Filippo Costanzo, 2B/OF, Brunswick HS, 2014
5-foot-7, 150 pounds with a small, athletic frame.  Registered a time of 7.46 in the 60 yard dash.  In the infield, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Displays quick footwork, giving him above average range.  His quick exchange and release makes up for his top-end arm strength as he topped out at 63 mph.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses an unorthodox open stance setup.  Displays sufficient use of how lower half, allowing him to create more jump off his bat then his size would project.  Fluid stroke with level swing path.  Overall, a linedrive type hitter that can drive balls to the gap on occasion.  Reached a top exit velocity of 77 mph off the tee.

Grant Gucker, C/OF, Mohawk HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 190 pounds with a big, strong frame.  Clocked in a 60 yard dash time of 7.70 seconds.  Behind the plate, he throws through an over the top slot with short arm action.  Displays good overall technique with footwork.  Will continue to improve as he works on quickening up footwork.  Topped out at 68 mph, and recorded pop time splits between 2.24 and 2.28.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a closed setup with short stride.  Displays good balance while taking a level swing path.  Needs to continue to develop lower half use in swing.  Linedrive production.  Reached a top exit velocity of 78 mph off the tee.

Greg Johnson, OF, Troy HS, 2014
6-foot-3, 175 pounds with a long, athletic frame.  Right handed bat/left handed arm.  Registered a 7.03 time in the 60 yard dash.  In the outfield, he throws through a near over the top slot with short arm action.  Plays through the ball, and features a clean exchange.  Has naturally quick feet, but needs to focus on technique of footwork.  Arm velocity has shown substantial growth since in the past six months, as he topped out at 77 mph.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a wide balanced base with short stride.  Takes a level swing path, and can spray linedrives to all parts of the field.  Looks stiff in the box, and could profit from increased lower half usage.  Reached a top exit velocity of 65 mph. 

Jack Goodwin, 3B/OF, Rock Hill HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 195 pounds with a thick, strong frame.  Registered a 7.19 60 yard dash time.  Best fit as either a first baseman or corner outfielder at the next level.  Strength is his right handed stick.  Using a wide stance with a toe-touch stride, he offers impressive bat speed creating some gap-to-gap power at the plate.  Shows mostly pull tendencies, and tends to bar is front arm in swing. At the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase he recorded a showcase best 90 mph exit velocity off the tee.  At third base, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Shows fairly decent accuracy on throws across the diamond while topping out at 74 mph.  Needs to improve lateral movement, and quickening up his exchange.

Jacob Green, OF/RHP, Defiance HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 145 pounds with a long, thin frame.  Dual-way player, but his best asset is his arm.  On the mound he throws through a high 3/4 slot with somewhat long arm action.  Features quick arm speed throughout a smooth delivery.  His fastball consistently sits between 82-83 mph, and offers slight arm-side run.  Struggled a bit with command of his fastball, but when he missed the zone he missed down.  His two off-speed pitches show plus potential.  The better of the two is his 69-71 mph curveball with 12/6 movement.  The curveball features sharp late breaking action, and would qualify as a “fall off the table” type curveball.  He also offers a 75-77 mph changeup.  The changeup does not display much movement, but is thrown with great arm speed making the pitch awfully deceptive to the eye.  In the 60 yard dash, he ran a 7.27 time.  In the outfield, he displayed smooth actions, and a strong arm topping out at 86 mph.  Accuracy at times was off as throws tended to be low.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with short stride.  Features contact/linedrive type production, while using a level swing path.  Needs to continue to implement lower half in swing.  Reached a top exit velocity of 75 mph off the tee.

Jacob Wagoner, RHP, Loveland HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 165 pounds with a thin, athletic frame.  Throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Smooth delivery.  Showed good command of his 80-82 mph fastball featuring slight arm-side run.  He struggled to find the feel for his 69-71 mph curveball that displays 11/5 tilt.  Also mixed in a 75-77 mph straight changeup.  Stock will continue to rise as he develops his off speed pitches. 

Janzen Kestner, 2B, Lebanon HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 175 pounds with an average frame.  Registered a 7.48 60 yard dash time.  In the infield, he throws through a low 3/4 slot to near side-arm slot.  Tends to field the ball on his heels, causing some balance issues at times.  Throws show some accuracy across the diamond while topping out at 71 mph.  Best tool is his left handed stick.  Uses a slightly open base with toe-tap type stride.  Fluid stroke.  Displays some gap power, when lower half is adequately used.  Pull tendencies in swing.  Registered a top exit velocity of 70 mph off the tee.    

John Kopicky, RHP, Centerville HS, 2014
6-foot-3, 225 pounds with a big, strong frame.  The Centerville prospect should be on plenty of schools radars with his performance at the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase.  He throws through a high 3/4 slot with long and somewhat loose arm action.  Intimidating size on the mound, and the ball gets good jump out of his hand.  Easy effort delivery.  Showed good command of his 82-84 mph fastball that featured some natural cutting action at times.  He displayed good feel of a 70-73 mph curveball that offers some sharp 11/5 action.  Will also mix in a 76-77 mph changeup featuring some diving action.  Talented right handed pitcher with projectable frame. 

Justin Feltner, C/2B, Kettering Fairmont HS, 2014
5-foot-8, 155 pounds with a small, athletic frame.  Clocked in a 60 yard dash time of 7.61 seconds.  Behind the plate and in the field, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short/quick arm action.  Topped out at 70 mph behind the plate, while recording pop splits between 2.02 and 2.12.  Footwork could use some improvement, as his lead foot tends to land open.  In the infield, he plays well through the ball, while offering slightly above average hands.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a slightly open stance with short stride.  Offers linedrive production, while showing decent bat speed.  Reached a top exit velocity of 78 mph off the tee. 

Matthew Feierabend, 3B/OF, North Ridgeville HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 225 pounds with a big, solid frame.  Registered a 7.60 60 yard dash time.  Throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Projects better as a third baseman.  In the infield, he display above average hands, and a clean exchange.  Reached a top velocity of 71 mph across the diamond.  In the outfield, he tends to field the ball like in infielder, not allowing him to create much momentum.  His max velocity was noticeably higher in the outfield, as he topped out at 76 mph.  At the plate, the left handed hitter uses a balanced stance with short stride.  Level swing path.  Projects a slighty high contact rate, as he uses a short simplified swing.  Can spray the ball to all fields, but displays more power when using the pull side.  Reached a top exit velocity of 78 mph off the tee.

Mike Edelmann, OF, CHCA HS, 2014
5-foot-8, 160 pounds with a small, athletic frame.  Registered a 7.20 60 yard dash time. Solid all-around outfielder.  In the outfield, he throws through a high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  One of the top outfield arms at the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase topping out at 84 mph.  Drop his arm slot at times causing some inaccurate throws.  Average footwork and hands.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a narrow base with leg kick type stride.  Takes a full cut at the ball, creating good pop considering his size.  Balance throughout his swing can be poor at times, but when everything stays in line he continually drives the ball to all parts of the field.  Registered an impressive 89 mph exit velocity off the tee.

Nicholas King, RHP/OF, Dixie Heights HS (KY), 2014
6-foot-3, 190 pounds with a long, lanky frame.  Shows plenty of raw talent as a two-way prospect.  Ran a 7.24 60 yard dash time.  The outfielder throws through a near over the top slot, with long arm action.  Played well through the ball and got decent carry on his throws to home plate as he topped out at 84 mph.  Overall actions will improve with more reps.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a balanced setup with leg kick type stride.  Takes a big hack through a slightly uphill bat path.  Swing can get long, and shortening things up would help his growth at the plate.  Could wind up being a middle of the order type guy at the next level, as gap-to-gap potential is evident.  On the mound, the right hander would be considered a project guy at the next level.  Featuring quick arm speed, through a high 3/4 slot with long, loose arm action.  Tends to land slightly closed in delivery.  Showed good command of a fastball that offers slight arm-side run, while sitting between 82-84 mph.  He struggled with finding feel for his 66-69 mph curveball that features some sharp 11/5 movement.  Also mixed in 73-76 mph changeup that shows some promise.  The change offers decent fading action and is thrown with near fastball arm speed.

Taylor Baumeister, RHP, Piqua HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 150 pounds with an average athletic frame.  Throws through a 3/4 arm slot with short arm action.  Uses a smooth delivery, and displays average arm speed.  Tendency to land closed causing him to throw slightly across his body.  Also uses minimal hip turn.  Pounded the zone with his 80-82 mph straight fastball.  His curveball looked great at times and then not so great at times.  The 66-68 mph curveball showed some sharp movement with 11/5 action.  He also used a 75 mph changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed.  Could definitely see a velocity jump in near future.

Thomas Paradiso, OF/RHP, Lakota East HS, 2014
5-foot-11, 170 pounds with an athletic frame.  Two-way player.  Clocked in a 7.51 60 yard dash time.  In the outfield, he topped out at 77 mph.  Throws showed consistent accuracy, average overall carry.  Needs to work on quickening exchange and release time.  At the plate, right handed hitter uses a balanced base with long toe-tap stride.  Tends to bar arm in load.  Displays more power in his swing then contact as he takes a big hack at the ball.  Pull tendencies.  Registered an exit velocity of 79 mph.  On the mound, he throws through high 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Consistently pounded the zone with his 72-75 mph fastball that features slight arm-side run.  He tends to slow his arm speed with his 60-61 mph curveball featuring 10/4 break.  Showed good feel for his 70-72 mph changeup, as he consistently kept the pitch down in the zone.  He also displayed his fastball, curve, and change while throwing through a side-arm slot.  When throwing sidearm, his fastball velocity dropped down to 70-71 mph.  His sidearm breaking ball featured slider like movement at 60 mph, and his changeup sat at 68 mph. 

Timothy Craycraft, RHP/SS, Centerville HS, 2014
6-foot-0, 135 pounds with a long, lanky frame.  Two-way prospect.  Registered one of the top 60 times at the Winter Unsigned Senior Showcase clocking in a 6.91 time.  Displays solid technique and lateral mobility in the middle infield.  Throws show good accuracy, and life topping out at 79 mph across the diamond.  The right handed hitter uses a balanced set-up with short stride.  Linedrive type hitter that uses a short compact stroke, and quick hands.  Tendency to bar lead arm causing some opposite field tendencies.  Reached a max exit velocity of 79 mph off the tee.  On the mound, he throws through a 3/4 slot with short arm action.  Uses a quick pace when working on the hill.  Quick arm speed.  He offers a 78-80 mph fastball that displays slight arm-side run.  His best off-speed pitch is his 67-68 mph curveball.  He shows good feel, and command for his curve that displays some sharp 11/5 action.  Also mixes in a 71-72 mph changeup thrown with near fastball armspeed.

Tyler Klepach, MIF, Centerville HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 155 pounds with an average frame.  Ran a 7.29 60 yard dash time.  The Centerville prospect showed some solid tools at the unsigned senior showcase.  He shows accuracy in his throws across at the diamond at 75 mph, and shows the ability to use multiple arm angles.  Showed some softness in hands, as well as an above average exchange.  When charging the ball and attempting to make a throw on the run, he tends to play the ball a bit flat footed causing him to lose balance.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses an athletic base with short stride and smooth load.  Uses a level swing path, and shows good body control throughout.  A linedrive type hitter that can and will use the entire field.  Overall, a smooth right handed stroke.  Reached a top exit velocity of 79 mph off the tee. 

Zach Bennett, 1B/3B, Kings HS, 2014
5-foot-10, 225 pounds with a big, stocky frame.  Was coming off an ankle injury before the showcase, which only allowed him to participate in the hitting drills.  At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a slightly open setup with short stride.  Takes a big/strong cut at the ball which creates some solid power.  Opposite field tendencies.  Tends to cut off swing, not allowing for complete extension.  Registered a top exit velocity of 71 mph off the tee.

Zack Artis, RHP, Akron Ellet HS, 2014
6-foot-2, 195 pound strong bodied right handed pitcher.  Projectable arm that has reached up to 86 mph in past events.  Throws through a 3/4 arm slot with long, loose arm action.  Filled up the zone with his 80-82 mph fastball that shows some late moving arm-side run.  His 68-70 mph breaking ball displays gradual 11/5 movement.  He mixed in a 75-76 mph changeup thrown with near fastball arm speed.  He also featured a 73-76 mph hard slider, which he throws from a near side-arm slot.
