Introducing the Central Region Super Sophomore Games

Prep Baseball is excited to announce a new event that will encompass the top rising sophomore players, following the summer, in the Central Region. The Central Region Super Sophomore Games will be hosted at the Creekside Baseball Park in Kansas City, MO on August 3rd & 4th, 2024. The top sophomores from their respective states will be scheduled to go through a full workout and play three games. The potential of this event will rival that of other top tier PBR events like the Future Games, State Games, and Top Prospect Games.

This event will be comprised of seven teams from regions in the central part of the country. The seven regions that will bring teams to Kansas City are Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado, Texas, and Nebraska.

Home to various Prep Baseball Kansas City tournaments throughout the calendar year, Creekside Baseball Park will be the home for the event. It's a state-of-the-art facility with six turf fields, each of which has lights, and hosts a multitude of high level Prep Baseball tournaments in the spring, summer, and fall.

Prep Baseball Scouts will be looking to fill the Central Region Super Sophomore Games with the top 2027 graduates in each region. Scouting staffs in each region will be using their upcoming events in the winter, spring, and early summer, as well as high school game evaluations, to set their teams.
