Dan Ditusa, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound LHP from St. Charles East HS, has committed to Seton Hall University. Ditusa showed a low-80s fastball and feel for three pitches at the Prep Baseball Report Unsigned Senior Showcase in the fall.

Two more Providence Catholic players have picked their schools. Dan Potempa, a power-hitting catcher, has committed to Iowa Central Community College. Last year, Potempa hit .421 with 8 home runs for the top-ranked Celtics. RHP Austin Vazquez has committed to Joliet Junior College. The latest commitments now give coach Mark Smith 12 college-bound players on his roster, seven of which are Division I signees.

Danny Fahlgren, an athletic 6-foot-1, 165-pound C from Willowbrook HS, has committed to Loras College. As a junior, Fahlgren hit .434 with 7 doubles and 29 RBI.

Chris Morrison, an OF from Crystal Lake South HS, has committed to the University of Dubuque.
