Snider?s Yoder picks school

Grant Yoder, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound left-handed hitting first baseman from R. Nelson Snider high school, has verbally committed Tuesday to play baseball for Coach Tracy Woodson and the Valparaiso University Crusaders. Yoder was a sophomore reserve on Snider?s 2009 4A State Championship squad and has played summer and fall baseball for the Fort Wayne Cubs the past two seasons.
