6/14/17 6-foot-5, 220-pound strike-thrower. Pitched out of a high three-quarter slot and stayed on-line to the plate with a compact lead arm. Fastball sat 82-85 with late armside run when down in the zone. Threw slider at two different speeds: 70-72 with a bit of a bubble and bigger break, and 73-74 with tighter spin as more of a chase pitch. At times, can try to be too quick in the stretch and not get weight to back leg. Did not allow a baseball to be elevated against him in three innings of work. Britt committed on June 20, one week after his outing in this event, to West Virginia.

5/3/17 Second opportunity to see 6-foot-5, 220-pound right-hander this spring.  Velocity was up a tick sitting 86-87 early before settling into the 84-86 range for majority of game with late arm-side run.  Curveball was commanded for seven innings with sharp, two-plane 11/5 break. Changeup was seldom used at 78-80.  Tossed complete game, 3-hitter with one unearned run allowed.

4/27/17 6-foot-5, 220-pound right-hander has added lean muscle to his frame over past 12 months. Now works from the wind up with a deliberate, fluid delivery.  Fastball sat 84-86 through much of 7 inning CG effort with late arm-side run.  Changeup lacked movement at 77-79 but is thrown with good arm speed.  Curveball is quality 2-plane 11/5 breaker at 72-74.

5/25/16 6-foot-5, 220-pound righty sat 82-84 for six innings topping at 86 mph. Used quality slider at 71-74 for repeated swing throughs and 8 ground ball outs. Easy, low effort delivery should lead to significant future velocity. Works solely out of stretch with repeatable, high knee delivery.

5/18/16 6-foot-5, 220-pound frame with some strength and room to add. Pitched out of a high three-quarter slot entirely from the stretch in a two-inning relief appearance. FB sat 83-84 (with one 85 and one 86) and he showed some ability to get downhill with sink. Also mixed in an occasional SL at 72-73 that has a chance to be a solid pitch for him as well. Showed a CH with sink and fade in warm-ups, but did not feature in game action. Retired all six hitters he faced (four groundouts, one strikeout, one fly out).
4/13/16 Primary pitcher was in lineup as the DH on this date. Strong 6-foot-5, 220-pound right-handed hitter. Starts from open stance with a high hands load. Cut a fastball in half back through the box in first AB.
