TOS, 2018 - Kelley threw for the second time here in a short one-inning blast. While he threw only 10 pitches, those 10 pitches, seven were for strikes - and the seven fastballs he threw ranged between 94-96 (mostly 95-96). The 6-foot-1, 207-pound Texas Christian recruit generates premium velocity with relative ease. The arm path is clean and full in the back coming out of a high-3/4 slot with a fast hand out front. Kelley also mixed in three sliders that ranged between 81-84. In Kelley’s first outing, he worked mostly 91-94 with his fastball.

AC Games - 6-foot-1, 190-pound frame. Worked 87-90 with fastball. Physical 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame that looks like it will continue to mature.
