With the NCAA's early signing period wrapped up, we take a look at the 2019 high school recruiting classes for each D1 school in Indiana with in-state recruits.  Here, we look at Purdue's class:

Head Coach Mark Wasikowski and staff are bringing in a talented group in 2019.  All six of their in-state commits are ranked in the top 75 of Indiana's 2019 rankings, including three in the top 25.  Jack Firestone (Zionsville HS) is one of the premier left-handed bats in the 2019 class.  At 6-foot-2, 172 pounds, Firestone has bat speed with lots of pop and also runs a 6.93-60.  RHP Jake Lautenschalger (West Vigo HS) is a projectable 6-foot-4, 200 pounder with a fastball up to 88 and a solid breaking ball with with late bite and depth.  RHP Trevor Ankney (Indian Creek HS) is a true competitor on the mound and runs his fastball up to 88 mph.  Another RHP heading to West Lafayette is Reece Rodabaugh (Lewis-Cass HS), a 6-foot-3, 185 pounder up to 87 mph last summer with a mid-70's breaking ball with depth and thrown for a strike. Huntington North HS shortstop Zach Daugherty is athletic with projectable tools. Owen Walbaum is a left-handed hitting catcher from West Lafayette HS.
