Once the yearly calendar flips to another year it can only mean one thing is on the horizon.........high school baseball season. In the next few weeks we will be your one stop to prepare for the 2020 season as we will be releasing several items of note, including:

• January 7: Individual team previews from across the state begin and run up until the high school season begins. Thanks to the coaches that have already gotten the information in. If you are a high school coach and have not done so, please do so as soon as possible.

• January 18: Preseason All State event at the Top Gun Facility in Leeds. Click the link below to request an invite to the event. Join the 50+ plus other players that have already registered for our only preseason event. 

• January 19- 24: Post event content from our Preseason All State event will be released, including Quick Hits, Top Statistical Categories and an Individual Scouting Analysis on each player present. 

• Updated state player rankings will be released according to the following schedule:
  February 3: Updated '20 player rankings 
  February 4: Updated '21 player rankings
  February 5: Updated '22 player rankings
  February 6: Updated '23 player rankings
  
  
• Our preseason Top 10 teams in each AHSAA classification will be released according to the following schedule:
  February 7: 1A and 2A preseason Top 10 released
  February 10: 3A and 4A preseason Top 10 released
  February 11: 5A and 6A preseason Top 10 released
  February 12: 7A preseason Top 10 released

Teams across the state have been preparing for the 2020 season for months but they will soon be allowed to get on the field as a team to continue working towards their team goals for the year ahead. Here are some important AHSAA dates for players and teams across the state:

• January 6: Three week throwing period begins
• January 27: Full team practice begins
• February 13: First day for games

We have some big events lined up for the summer and will be releasing those dates and locations soon.
