Uncommitted Spotlight: 2025 RHP Devin Miller

PBR Texas Staff

Scouting Report

One of the better pitching performances at the PBR Invitational in March belonged to Miller. The 6’3 righty got the ball against Pearland and went 5 innings and dominated the whole time.  He only allowed two hits and surrendered 0 free passes. He punched out 6 and showed the ability to really pitch. Stuff wise, Miller was 86-88 and touched 87 in the 5th. There is a lot of strength to stack on Miller’s frame and it is easy to dream on him having some velo jumps this year. He had a good feel of his secondary offerings and they both project to at least average.  Miller works with good tempo, and was one of my favorite arms on the weekend.
