- PROSPECT NOTES - 

Qwinton Bennett (OF, Spring Valley, 2022) - Athletic frame, medium build. 89 mph OF velo. 91 mph exit velo. 6.70 sixty time. Solid all around player with upside. Athletic enough to play multiple outfield positions, showed plenty of arm strength. Feel for the barrel and a line drive approach. 

Xavier Cuevas (SS, Blythewood, 2023) - Slender build has begun to develop and add some lean strength. Rangy INF plays fast. Developing body control at the edges of his range. 2B/SS profile. Sprays the ball to all fields with a contact first approach.

Aubrey Georgiana-Richardson (OF, Brookland-Cayce, 2021) - XL physical frame. Plenty of upside and raw tools. 88 mph OF arm will stick at either corner OF spot. 7.18 sixty, not a burner but sneaky fast when he gets underway. Showed a lofted bat path and ability to carry the gaps. Big swings, muscles the barrel through contact. 

Logan Busenlehner (C, Cardinal Newman, 2023) - Young catching prospect with a frame that is easy to dream on. Athletic build with plenty of length in the limbs and room for continued development. Good bend in the hips, arm strength and movement patterns will continue to improve as he matures. Line drive approach with some snap in the barrel. High ceiling. 

Cub Cook (SS, East Clarendon, 2021) - Full frame, near maxed in his development. Solid infielder with good footwork and confident hands. Has consistently shown his ability to play multiple infield positions each time we've seen him. Looks the part of a 3B. Gap to gap approach at the plate with plenty of barrels.

Caleb Shealy (INF, White Knoll, 2021) - Solid defender with a slender build. Smooth hands and footwork played through ground balls and got the ball out quickly. 79 mph infield arm with accuracy. Could play either middle infield position. 

Devin Phillips (3B, Lamar, 2023) - Athletic build with strength throughout. Powerful actions. 84 mph infield arm. Big time raw power at the plate . Generates a ton of bat speed and maximizes his power with an aggressive approach. Some of the best raw power in the 2023 class.
