How has the Coronavirus affected the baseball landscape?

There is no doubt that there is plenty of uncertainty filling the air when it comes to the current Coronavirus situation. The world health community continues to monitor this situation closely. It's hard to predict exactly what will happen here in the United States. Prep Baseball Report will continue to follow the lead of the health community in our actions. This is bigger than baseball.

Many baseball organizations throughout the country from youth/ HS levels to Pro baseball have either cancelled or suspended seasons for the rest of the year or until further notice. Many players throughout the country are questioning what their futures might be. There are also a lot of unknowns on what the rest of season or next year will look like. Our biggest piece of advice is to be patient, safe and responsible. This will get under control and baseball will be there.
