Elite Squad 2018 Exposure Tryout Camp Standouts

Elite Squad held their 2018 Exposure Tryout Camp August 25-26 at Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, FL. Players took part in a pro-style workout on day one and games on day two. Over 150 players in attendance, there were a lot of impressive players ranging from the 2019-2022 classes.
Below are 20+ standouts from the tryouts with full report:
Matthew Menendez, C, ESB Academy (2020)
2018 Future Games participant showed his more accustomed and improved pop times in 2.11-2.2 range. He has solid defensive actions. Offensively, he continues to show present strength and power potential. His bat is his best tool and will continue to carry him as the power develops.
Sebastian Bentz, LHP/1B, ESB Academy (2020)
A physical two-way player, the 2018 Future Games participant continues to be intriguing for school. He has a great 6-foot-3, 199 pound frame. The left handed swing has natural strength and loft. On the mound, he shows an above average feel to manipulate the baseball and feel to pitch with more velocity to come. Will continue to be an interesting follow.
Jake Mills, SS, Oxbridge (2020)
Mills continues to fill out and add strength after having mono. He is all around a solid player. Can play nearly every position on the field, but middle infield is his best. Offensively, the swing is compact and simple. The velocity was a little down at 80-81 mph, but shows feel to pitch and potential for an above average, swing and miss type slider. Definition of a super utility player.
