End-of-the-Month Roundup: June

Christian Barczi
Wisconsin Staff

Summer has officially started, and baseball season is in full swing in the state of Wisconsin. June was a very busy month for PBR, with a ton of stuff going on in the badger state. Four Wisconsin natives were selected amongst the first two days of the MLB Draft, with a handful more going on day three. The WIAA State Playoffs came to a close, with each division crowning a respective champion. The state also held some PBR events including multiple tournaments held at the Rock Sports Complex in Franklin, Wisconsin and a couple of showcases.

On a national level, PBR has announced their annual player of the year and has begun to unveil the All-PBR Teams -- with Jack Washburn being the lone representative for the state of Wisconsin. Nathan Rode has also been busy with his podcasts ‘Coffee and Curveballs’ and ‘The Rode Show’

Prep Baseball Report is constantly pumping out content, and because of this it is easy to miss a lot of interesting material. This post is packed with convenient links and news from the past month. Check out what you may have missed below.
