July 21, 2022
The 2022 PBR Future Games are less than a week away, and will be here in no time. With that being said, we would like to introduce you to this year's Team Georgia. We will roll out individual player spotlights with comments, video, stats, and more over the next few days.
A physical advanced 6-foot-2, 200-pound left-handed hitting C/1B Eli Stephens (Houston County, 2024) thoroughly impressed at the Macon Open and earned his invite to the 2022 PBR Future Games. Stephens is nimble for his size running a 7.24 60 yard dash. At the plate, he has an easy effort swing with efficient movements. The result is consistent, hard driven contact gap-to-gap with backspin. The power potential is enormous. Not to mention, Stephens has a big arm behind the plate, recording a best pop of 1.94.
