MARYLAND NEWS FROM THE WEEK

Strong, physical left-handed hitting first basemen with present power at the plate.

Inside the rankings look at the Top Uncommitted Class of 2021 Right-Handed Pitchers.

Long, athletic, projectable 6'2'', 160-pound two-way prospect. Was up to 81 mph on the bump and plays loose in the field with smooth, clean actions in the infield. Swings with intent at the plate and showed good bat speed through the zone recording an 86.

Another athletic, projectable two-way prospect. Showed a quick arm and was up to 81 mph on the bump at this year's Preseason All-State. Solid with clean actions in the middle infield and big upside at the plate. 

Inside the rankings look at the Top Uncommitted Class of 2021 Left-Handed Pitchers.

Strong, athletic, quick outfielder that really jumped onto the scene at this year's Preseason All-State. Showed strong hands and fast bat speed at the plate recording a 90 mph exit velo while working gap-to-gap.

Long, athletic, projectable 6'2'', 165-pound middle infielder with range. Showed some bat speed and a nice gap-to-gap approach at the plate recording an 86 mph exit velo at this year's Preseason All-State. Big potential.

Inside the rankings look at the Top Uncommitted Class of 2021 Catchers.

Strong, physical, power-hitting catcher. Demonstrated a really nice gap-to-gap approach this winter with strength present at the plate. 

Athletic two-way player up to 80 mph from the left side. Easy, fluid swing with bat speed and uses the whole field well.

Athletic righty that touched 85 mph at this year's Preseason All-State. Quick arm and throws with short arm action from a tough arm slot. Solid three-pitch mix and competitor. 

Strong, athletic backstop with quick hands and fast bat speed at the plate. Showed present strength and power to the pull-side at this year's Preseason All-State recording an 84 mph exit velo. 

Athletic middle infielder with soft hands and smooth, clean actions in the field. Easy, fluid swing and showed some upside at the plate last summer at our Top Prospect Games II.

Quick, athletic outfielder with a knack for barreling balls up at the plate. Showed quick hands and bat speed through the zone with some juice.
