In one of the best feel-good moments from 2022, Dylan Baldridge suffered a gruesome injury to his arm that required serious medical treatment that would normally knock a player out of for months. Baldridge was dead set on returning to the field for Lincoln Christian during his sophomore year and accomplished that goal months ahead of schedule. Not only did he return to the field but made big impacts in the post season including a three homer in the State Tournament. Baldridge is a good player in his own right but it was his resilience in making it back to the diamond that makes it a top moment in 2022.
2024 @Dylanbaldridge1 helps his own cause with a 3 run shot to left to give @LCStulsa_BB a 4-1 lead in the 2nd. Has looked good on the mound as well pounding the zone with multiple pitches keeping hitters off balance. pic.twitter.com/4g4fstRGN2
