Team Preview: Biloxi

The Mississippi high school season kicks off on February 26, the first day for regular season games. Most teams will begin practicing on January 29, getting their rosters set and finalizing their lineups.
Over the next several weeks, leading up to opening day, we will be rolling out team previews of high school teams all across the state and across all classifications, eventually launching our Preseason Power 25.
We have been sending out our annual Preseason Questionnaire to coaches all across the state and as the responses flood in we will bring you a snapshot of what to expect along with top players and keys to success for that particular team. Outlook
Coach Eddie Lofton and the Indians have high expectation in 2019 after finishing 12-15 just a season ago. The leadership and experience of this year lineup will be key to the success for the Indians. With a solid core group of seniors including Nick Skaggs, Matthew Delano, Cade Mohan, Ryan Roch, Heath Scmidt and Conner Platt, Coach Lofton feels good about the maturity on the field. Transferring in from Arizona as one of the top players in the 2020 class is Colten Keith who should come in and have an immediate impact on the lineup. Another underclassman to watch will be Tristen Pearson who showed quality actions at the recent Preseason Prospect ID.
All-in-all Coach Lofton feels that lineup this season, and they should be poised to win a lot of game in 2019.
