Texas 2023 State Rankings

TEXAS - With their freshman season cut short last spring, this summer and early fall allowed our staff to get out and see one of the better if not the best 2023 classes in the country. There is a plethora of talent at many positions but this class is special up the middle of the field. We have spoke many times about the high end talent behind the dish, this summer allowed us to see their development in games and they didn’t disappoint. The pitching crop also began showing their strength with a variety of arms that have already made some jumps as well as others that show promise and plenty of projection down the road.On the infield, there is a good mix of corner bats that have the chance to stay in the middle of the order, as well as guys up the middle that can defend and stay at SS, and some that may profile more as offensive second baseman down the road. In the outfield, there are a few guys that can cover tons of ground and will have the chance to stay in centerfield down the road.
