cevette's quick hit
CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT: Ciminiello was impressive back in Oct during our Long Island fall event. At first glace the frame looks lanky and skinny with easy weight gains expected. In the box he shows strong quick hands, current bat-speed present, with some pull-side strength. I would like to see his hands stay more fluid without any pauses throughout the swing. In the OF (lefty thrower) there's plenty to get excited about after watching his throws. The arm is long and it works with low effort, and once he adds size his 79 mph OF arm strength will climb into the mid 80's. Ciminello will be a fun player to watch come this Feb, spring, and summer.
