Seattle, WA - After a full year of scouting HS baseball, travel tournaments, invite-only events and showcases...it’s time to update and expand our player rankings for the 2020 class in Washington This edition of the rankings features 150 players from across the state. We will finalize the 2020 rankings one last time at the conclusion of the 2020 Spring & Summer seasons. 

When ranking players, we try to decide what their ceiling is as a prospect and balance that with the likelihood that they will ultimately reach their potential. We take into account their athleticism, physical tools, projection as well as their track-record of success in-game.

Since its inception in 2005, the Prep Baseball Report has evolved into one of the country’s biggest and most respected independent scouting services, with a singular focus of providing comprehensive year-round coverage in every state we are in. Rankings are based off evaluations by scouting director Dan Jurik as well as additional PBR scouts across the country who have seen prospects from the state at various events.
