9 Represent Missouri in Overall Rankings

The Class of 2020 Overall Rankings have been released, and nine Missouri prospects cracked the Top-500. As these players enter their senior year, they’ll look to hone their skills while they prepare for the next level - whether it be collegiately or professionally.

Here are the players representing Missouri on the national list:

Parker Wright RHP / 1B / Rock Bridge, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Missouri

Parker Wright checks in as the highest-ranked MO prospect, both in the state and nationally. He's listed as the No. 177 best player in the 2002 class, nationally, and No. 60 positionally.

Jacob Misiorowski RHP / OF / Grain Valley , MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Oklahoma State

Misiorowski has a long, lean frame. Contains a swing-and-miss breaking ball with sharp and late action, fading CH.

 

CJ Cepicky OF / SS / Vianney , MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Missouri

CJ Cepicky was a standout at the 2019 Midwest ProCase. He put on a show during batting practice mashing multiple balls off the scoreboard in LF at DuPage Medical Group Field in Joliet, Ill.

 

Tavian Josenberger SS / 2B / Park Hill, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Kansas

Josenberger attended the 18th-annual Super 60 in Chicago. Josenberger ran a 6.78 60-yard dash and topped at 87mph across the diamond. Josenberger also attended the 2019 Midwest ProCase and has been raising his stock across the Midwest and nationally.

 

Trevor Kardell C / RHP / Lee's Summit West, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Kansas

Kardell posted the third-best C velo at the 2020 Super 60. His stat line from the rest of the event was 7.04 60-yard dash and 95mph off the tee.

 

Stone Hewlett LHP / OF / Rockhurst, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Kansas

Checks in at No. 408 overall. The LHP attended the 2018 PBR Future Games as part of Team Missouri. Upper-80's FB with a SL with depth.

 

Sam Brady LHP / OF / Rockhurst, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Kansas

Another top LHP in the state of Missouri. He ranks No. 430 in the country. Brady also attended the PBR Future Games in 2018 and is committed to Kansas.

 

Caden Wilson RHP / 3B / Liberty North, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT:
Missouri State

Caden Wilson threw in front of 100+ MLB Scouts at the Super 60 in February. Topped at 91mph, sat 88-90, 78-80 CB, 80-82 CH.

 

Garrett Rice 3B / RHP / Willard, MO / 2020


COMMITMENT
: Missouri

6-foot-2, 220-pound frame, thick build. Rice was another 2019 Midwest ProCase attendee. Posted a 100mph exit velo off the tee. 6-foot-2, 220-pound frame. Doesn't get cheated on swings.
