Funk is 6-foot-4, 182-pound right-handed pitcher. Fastball clocked in the 83-85 mph range and up to 87 mph. Also throws a 72-73 mph breaking ball with 11/5 shape and a 77-78 mph change-up. Easy arm, high three-quarters slot. Tall, projectable right-hander in the Kansas class of 2017. Funk helped lead the Firebirds to a Kansas State Championship.
