Kicking off the 2018 season is the Freshmen free showcase on January 15th. The Freshman Free showcase is a stress free and easy way for new freshmen to get themselves on the map across the country through the PBR network. This is an excellent opportunity for young freshmen across the state to showcase themselves and be introduced to the scouting and showcase world. This year the Freshmen Free showcase will be open to both freshmen in high school and eighth graders. It will be hosted by the Diamond Pros Baseball just outside of Towson, MD. 2021 and 2022 graduates will receive a discounted price for this event as they have the option of attending the event free of charge or getting a video done with options at discounted prices unmatched. This event will fill quickly as last years event had over 50 participants and was sold out.

Both events this year will serve as a 2018 Future Games Team Mid-Atlantic Qualifier. That means all uncommitted players in the 2020 and 2021 classes will be considered to represent the Mid-Atlantic at this National event in Grand Park Indiana. Last year the PBR Future Games had over 230 scouts in attendance at one location representing over 130 division I programs.
