He starts with legs slightly bent and has some length in the back, but gets down the mound and when he is extended the ball comes out of his hand well. Shows offspeed with some shape and potential with a curveball at 65-66 mph and a changeup at 67-69 mph.

Trey Bradley OF / RHP / Hagerty, FL / 2019

There is a lot to like from Bradley and the 6-foot, 172 pound frame. He is athletic, running a 6.71 60 yard dash and is twitchy in a lot of his actions. He has some present strength in his lean frame. Worked through the ball well in the outfield, with low, accurate throws topping out at 82 mph. Offensively he has present bat speed. He shows the ability to consistently find the barrell with above average bat to ball skills, while creating leverage. Line drives from gap-to-gap in batting practice and projects as a quality top of the order bat. The lanky 5-foot-11, 145 pound SS/RHP continues to improve as he learns and grows into his body. He is moving better, with more rhythm in the infield. Working through the ball better. Offensively, he also is improving, using his long arms to create leverage while staying level through the zone. On the mound he worked 64-67 mph with his fastball, 55-59 with the curveball and 59-61 with the changeup. There is a lot of upside with present ability. Here's the best of the rest in no particular order:

Maximus Alexander-Nino RHP / OF / Riverview, FL / 2020

At 6-foot-1, 177 pounds he has a high waist and long arms and looks prime to grow a few inches and add quite a bit of weight. He works with a somewhat slow tempo but uses a high front side to create some tilt on his fastball. The fastball worked 77-80 mph and as he gets stronger and drives the lower half more that will continue to improve. He lands in line and uses a mechanically sound and repeatable delivery. The curveball has an 11/5 shape and worked 65-67 mph with potential when thrown harder. Also showed a 69-71 mph changeup with some feel. Overall there is a lot of upside in the frame and the arm action. Should see some big jumps in the future.

On the mound, he works with an up tempo delivery. There is some shortness in the arm swing on the back side, but gets his fingers on top of his fastball. Commanded the fastball at 76-79 mph, down in the zone to both sides of the plate. Showed a feel for a straight changeup at 71-74 mph and threw an curveball at 62-65 mph.

Harrison Ickes RHP / OF / Hagerty, FL / 2019

At 5-foot-11, 185 pound he has a stocky frame with strength in the lower half.  A shorter arm action and a somewhat crossfire delivery has some deception for right handed hitters. The fastball worked down in the zone at 75-79 mph on this day and has been up to 82 mph in the past. The curveball has improved as he has thrown it harder at 69-70 mph as well as taking a little off of the changeup, having some fading action at 70-71 mph.

Austin Tanner RHP / 3B / Windermere Prep, FL / 2020

He has an athletic frame and the arm works quick. It can drag behind him at times when he doesn’t clear the back side. As he learns to clear the back side and engage the front side, the arm will work more freely and they velocity should jump from the current 78-80 mph. He shows a more short slider than curveball at 68-70 mph and a changeup at 69-72 mph. There is potential with the athleticism and as he grows and gets stronger.

Colby Fanning 2B / RHP / Strawberry Crest, FL / 2021

At 5-foot-10, 140 pounds he ran a 7.75 60 yard dash. He moves better than the run time in the infield, with a good first step. A lean, twitchy, athletic, 5-foot-10, 160 pound SS/RHP.  He ran a 6.98 60 yard dash. The twitchiness works well in the infield with a good first step and quality range. The hands work in sync with the feet and out in front of his body. All of the makings of a solid defender. Offensively, he is aggressive through the zone with some bat speed. There is some steepness in the path and could benefit from a load with the hands, but the swing is compact and shows bat to ball skills. On the mound he worked 77-80 mph with the fastball showing a feel for a 73074 mph changeup and a 65-70 mph curveball.

Michael Lindsey OF / RHP / Hagerty, FL / 2020

5-foot-8, 135 pound OF/RHP. Ran a 7.33 60 yard dash. From the outfield he shows a quick arm for his class, topping out at 80 mph, with carry on the ball. Offensively, he uses a small leg kick trigger and works uphill. He gets separation, but is somewhat rotational and would benefit working through the ball. On the mound he has a half circle arm swing and could work down the mound more. The fastball ranged from 76078 mph with the curveball ranging 65-68 and the changeup at 59-64 mph.

Michael Alexander C / RHP / Allen D Nease H.S., FL / 2019

Registered an 84 mph exit velocity in the cage. From the outfield, he topped out at 64 mph on his throws to the bag. Obviously he is extremely young and there is a lot of growth to do in the years ahead, but there is currently tools and ability that create a great foundation for the future.
