The Falcons return 8 starters from last year's team that made it to the Lower State Finals. They have a youthful team across the board but will be lead on the mound by Citadel recruit Caleb Speedy (LHP, 2019). Coach Hallett has always excelled at preparing his teams to perform on the biggest stages and this year should not be any different. Clemson recruit Harmon Cox (RHP/SS, 2020) will be heavily relied on to help carry the offense along with Baker Cox (LHP/1B), Leighton Long (MIF, 2019), and Jake Bytnar (OF, 2020). This group will be able to pitch and play defense, especially in the infield. If they can overcome some youthful inexperience expect to see them playing well into May.
