No. 4 Lawrence Central 11 Richmond 1
Jared Ruxer threw a complete game not allowing an earned run and striking out six. Brandon Wind was 2-3 with two doubles and three RBIs and Glen Jones also had a double for LC.
 
No. 5 Lake Central 1 Chesterton 0 F/10
Brad Wartman and Taylor Lehnert combined for the three hit 10 inning (no walk) shutout. Jordan Peterson worked nine innings of scoreless baseball surrendering eight hits. There were no errors in this game and one total walk which came from Peterson.
 
Fishers 9 No. 11 Noblesville 8 F/8
Noblesville put up two runs in the top of the 8th, but Fishers answer with three of their own in the bottom to best Noblesville for the second time in two days. J.P. Pena picked up the win for Fishers. Fishers got big days at the plate from Matt Woolwine (4-5, five RBIs) and Drew Clark (3-5, three RBIs, three runs). Noblesville had multi-hit games from Fansher (2-3, three runs, RBI), Asuras (2-5, two RBIs, R), and Rodgers (3-5, two RBIs).

Jeffersonville was dealt its first lost Thursday. They out hit their opponents from Kentucky (8-7), but could not drive the runs in.

Jacob Kowal picked up the win throwing all seven innings allowing three runs on four hits and striking out three. Mitch Roman led HSE with two hits and they were able to get RBIs from Westin Edrington and Sean Green. Andrew Eiler (solo homerun) and Caleb Coy (two RBIs) provided the offense for Avon.
 
Westview 4 Lakeland 2
Adrian Brandenburg threw five innings gave up just three hits and one run to pick up the win. Damon Miller went 2-2 at the plate for Westview scoring once and driving in a run. Judah Zickafoose had two hits and scored once, also picked up the save throwing the final two innings.
 
Hamilton Heights 16 Tipton 2
Knapp picked up the win throwing all five innings giving up just one earned run on three hits and striking out six, he also went 2-4, 2B, HR, four RBIs, and three runs. Sauerteig was 3-4 at the plate with a 2B, HR, three RBIs, and three runs. Hamilton Heights also had big days at the plate from Cunningham (3-4, 2B, three RBIs, two runs) and Elbrecht (3-3, four RBIs, two runs).
 
Lafayette Harrison 3 Westfield 2
Michael Carnahan threw a CG allowing 2 unearned runs on eight hits while striking out eight in the win for Harrison, he also homered and drove in two. Smith went 2-2 and scored twice for Harrison. Stelts went 2-4 at the plate for Westfield and drove in a run. Saldutti had the other run batted in for Westfield.
 
New Castle 5 Connersville 2
Senior LHP Garrett York threw 6 strong innings, striking out 7, walking 1, while allowing only 4 hits. York improved to 2-0 on the season. At the plate junior SS Conner King (2-4, 2 R), Junior 2B Jake Kendall (3-4 2 R, 2 RBI), junior 1B Adam Kranda and senior OF Isaac Allen each collected hits for the Trojans.
 
Hanover Central 11 Whiting 0
Andy Wellwerts struck out seven and threw a five-inning perfect game to lead the Wildcats (4-2) to the non-conference win. Nick Spangler helped the cause with two hits a double and a triple and four RBIs. Eight Wildcat batters got at least one hit.
 
Columbus North 10 Shelbyville 1
Daniel Ayers (2-0) got his 1st varsity start and went 6 1/3 innings giving up zero ER. He had six strikeouts and three walks. Hunter Mcintosh led the Dogs at the plate going 3-3 with a 2b and a HR.  He had three RBIs on the day. C.J. Dennis went 2-3 with three runs and Braden Pelley and Will Bowman went 2-4 with a double a piece.
 
Franklin Co. 3 Greensburg 2
Franklin County wins a well pitched game from both sides with a walk off home run in the bottom of the 7th by Senior D. Hertel. Senior N. Winters pitched all 7 innings for Franklin County (6 Hits, 2 ER, 6 SO, 5 BB). Meyer threw for Greensburg going 5 2/3 allowing two runs on five hits. Bailey and Tressler drove in the two runs for Greensburg.
 
Lawrence North 3 Carmel 1
Cory Meixner picked up the win for LN throwing six innings, giving up just five hits and striking out three, he also drove in a run. Hank Pressley had an RBI for LN and Ryan Stevens went 1-3 at the plate. For Carmel, Scott Thompson went 3-3 with a double and Jack Martin went 1-2 at the plate.
 
Wapahani 13 Jay County 0
For Wapahani, Tanner Hoots went 4-4 with two runs scored.  Brandon Estep finished 2-2 and was one of five Raiders to tally two RBIs.  Jon Keesling threw a one hit shutout in the Raider victory.
 
Lebanon 10 Western Boone 5
Spolyar worked 4 2/3 innings to earn his first career varsity and conference victories.  Senior Jacob Shike would finish the ball game and earn his first save of the season.  Senior Matt Beard went 2-4 on the night, with a pair of runs scored, a HR and three RBI.  Seniors Zach Butner (HR) and Daniel Stevenson (2B), along with juniors Mitchell Starkey (1B) and Brenden Shearer (HR) and freshman Isaac Harker (1B) would each have a hit apiece for the Tigers.
 
Evansville Central 4 Evansville Mater Dei 1
AJ Maroni had nine K's and allowed just one hit (bunt) and no earned runs in 5 innings pitching in the win for Central.
 
Evansville North 4 North Posey 2
North scored four runs in the second and that would be all they needed to hold onto the victory.
 
Forest Park 18 Northeast Dubois 0
Forest Park put up ten runs in the first inning en route to a victory. FP had homeruns from Schwinghamer and Wilgus.
 
Wayne 6 FW Canterbury 1
Keaston Jackson had two doubles and two RBIs to lead Wayne. Christian Harmeyer allowed one hit and one run in six innings to get the win
 
Norwell 6 FW Snider 3
Josh VanMeter had two doubles and drove in two runs in the Norwell win. Szarenski also drove in a run to help Norwell win.
