Over 600 players attended our Preseason All-State events spanning from Feb. 15 - Feb. 24. 100's of players caught the eyes of our professional scouting staff, all with dreams of playing baseball at the next-level. CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT: Great projectable size, lean and strong, keeps getting better the more we see him. The bat has really turned a corner showing aggressive fluid contact from above average bat-speed. The arm-action is long and slightly choppy but the strength and carry are present. Excited to track his progress this spring and summer.

The physical OF is 6-foot-3, 185 pounds. Ran a 7.48 60 yard dash. Offensively- Stands tall in the box. Small leg lift with a short stride towards the pitcher. Aggressive through the hitting zone with a flat bat path. Finishes with full extension and a one hand finish. Has a lot left in the tank and displayed some power potential. Exit velocity was 87 MPH. Defensively- Aggressive footwork to the ball. Stays under control with a quick transfer to a ¾ arm action. Has a slight hitch on the throws. OF velocity was 81 MPH. The 2020 OF has the size to increase his numbers going forward.
