Outlook: The Tigers return the most experience ever in their 9-year program history from a 2015 season where they lost 11 one-run games, including a 1-0 loss in the Sectional Semi-Final to Sectional Champion HSE. Despite 19 losses last season, the Tigers Pitching Staff set the school Team ERA Record and return 189 innings including 165 innings combined from Senior RHP Cameron Boyd (IPFW signee), Senior LHP Elliott Gilmore (D2 Cedarville signee), Junior LHP Luke Duermit (Ohio State commit), and Junior RHP Ryan Metz. With a solid pitching staff returning, the Tigers main focus for improvement will be scoring runs. The Tigers return 9 position players who started in at least half of the 2015 games. In addition to the 15 players returning who contributed significant innings and at bats last season, the Tigers have several sophomores and juniors from last year's JV team that are ready to contribute at the Varsity level.
