2023 PBR All-American Game, Spotlight: Noah Franco

On Saturday, Sept. 23, Prep Baseball Report is hosting its inaugural High School All-American Game at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The unique event will feature the nation’s top high school seniors who are set to battle against a roster of the country’s best juniors in Class of 2024 vs. Class of 2025 action, giving pro scouts a unique look at current and future draft classes.

We’ve begun to unveil the event’s participants on our social media channels, and we’ll spotlight those players more closely on our site, too, highlighting past performances and scouting reports from the live looks we’ve gathered on this gifted group throughout the years.

Next we're highlighting Noah Franco, a legitimate two-way prospect and the top-ranked uncommitted player in the nation's 2024 class. The left/left athlete possesses some of the highest upside in next year's draft class, both on the bump and with the bat. Franco has been a premier performer time and time again this year, from the PBR Preseason Cup to the PDP to Area Codes. Next, he heads north to Milwaukee for the first ever PBR All-American Game.

Prep Baseball Report's VP of Scouting Shooter Hunt had high praise for Franco after our recent 2024 rankings update: "[Franco] might be the biggest wildcard in the class. Similar to Griffin, his wide, square-shouldered, 6-foot-3, 188-pound frame oozes projection with significant strength set to be added in coming years. While his left arm provides plenty of upside on the mound, it was his bat, and more specifically his decision making, that stood out throughout the summer. Getting off aggressive hacks in all counts, Franco demonstrated advanced pitch recognition skills while showcasing significant power to the pull side with innate plate coverage. A dynamic athlete with a rare skill set, the reclassed two-way prospect has the high ceiling to surpass all in the class"
