The PBR Colorado 2021 Player Rankings have been updated.  The Top 50 players from this 2021 class have been highlighted and identified.  This group includes players from Colorado’s All Classifications in our state. Over the last 4 months PBR Colorado has used valued  PBR Staff, Scouts, Past and Current HS Coaches and Past and Current Club Coaches as resources to update and add to this list.  Our list is Pitcher dominant with 7 of our Top 10 toeing the rubber.  We plan to extend our initial list of 50 players as Colorado play resumes.    Let’s take a look at our Top 50 2021 Colorado Rankings:

RHP, Cale Lansville (ThunderRidge) retains our No.1 spot in the updated rankings. Lansville, the LSU commit was primed to lead PBR Colorado #15 ThunderRidge into the 2020 Season.  His FB 93+ and great variety of pitches, CB 81, SL 84, CH 84, combined with his confidence and preparation, give Cale a huge edge.  His advanced competition exposure expedites his readiness for LSU.

LHP, Ryan Ure (Eaton) moves up to our #2 ranking.  The big 6’5” Ure plays for Class 3A Eaton.  Following in his brother’s steps, Jared Ure was the #13 Ranked 2019 PBR Colorado.  Ryan’s steady progression of velocity and pitchability made him a top D1 prospect.  The Oklahoma State commit FB ranges from 86-89 with foreseeable growth. Confident with great rhythm and tempo, Ryan has bright future.

RHP, Greysen Carter (Boulder Fairview) had Colorado excited to see his off-season improvements.  With current season postponements we can wait. Greysen made velo jump with FB 92+. Demonstrates a 12/6 CB with an OT release.  Greysen has a attacking delivery and continues to make improvements in consistency. His 6’3” power arm makes him a top Colorado Draft prospect with great leverage after his commitment to Vanderbilt.

RHP, Alec Willis (Regis Jesuit) another top ten player for the Raiders. Alec is committed to BIG 10 Minnesota.  At 6’5”, 215lbs, his RHP FB is 89-91 touching 92 from high 3/4. FB has ASR and he knows how to get ground ball outs. CB 73, and CH 79.  His high ceiling and size will make Alec a prospect on MLB Scouts Radar. Although in a holding position, Willis has a chance to lead Regis Jesuit to Back to Back State Championships

C/3B Landon Boyd (Legend) is our only position player in the top 5 of the updated rankings. Landon has demonstrated strong skills and consistent 2.00 pop time behind the plate.  His versatility and athleticism give him a chance at each corner infield spots. As a Switch Hitter, he continues his development from both sides. Listed a 5’11 now, his new measurables and progressions of development will be fun to watch.  Boyd is committed to Oklahoma
