Clemson commit. Athletic frame at 5-foot-11, 170 pounds with room for growth. Short and loose arm action on throws from the infield with above average arm strength with 85 velo. Soft and smooth hands with fluid footwork and clean exchange on plays with a quality first step. Has the actions and ability to be a well above average defender. Balanced setup at the plate with smooth load and above average bat speed with 88 exit velo. Level bat path with gap to gap type hitter with some pull side power. One of the most consistent hitters in his class. The swing is simple, but generates strength as he constantly stays on the barrel.

11/04/18

The 5-foot-11, 155 pound left handed hitting middle infielder stood out all weekend. Defensively, he has some present twitchy athleticism and a feel for the infield. Hands and feet work well together and works with rhythm. Really stands out offensively, where he has a simple swing with the same ability to work with rhythm. The path is slightly uphill and has ability to turn the barrell. Overall, the swing is compact and should continue to play up and will have a very high offensive ceiling as he continues to mature and add strength.

6/23/18

Currently stands at 5-foot-10, 150 pounds on a lean, athletic frame. Young middle infielder who will continue to see jumps in his overall game as he continues to fill out his frame and mature. Offensively, he starts from a slightly closed, wider stance in the box with above average bat speed for his age and quick hands. Consistently found the barrel from the left side of the plate during batting practice which resulted in multiple hard hit line drives, most notable into the gaps. Confident hitter who looks to drive the ball. Registered an exit velocity of 77 mph in the cage. In the field he shows bounce in his step with athletic, quick twitch actions. Fields the ball with confidence and makes the plays with an accurate throw to the bag that topped out at 75 mph. Clocked in at 7.38 seconds for his 60 yard dash time.

11/05/17

Worth noting the young left handed hitter jumped out at the end of a long day and at the end of batting practice with his rounds. He has a natural feel for the barrel and effortless swing from the left side. There are loose wrists and the bat will be fun to watch going forward.
