With his athleticism, frame, and arm speed, Adams is a talented prospect on the mound that will only get better as he continues to dial in his command and consistency. Arm action is full, fluid, and loose, coming through a high-¾ slot with arm speed, and a slight recoil finish. Fastball sits 87-88 and touches 89 mph with some downhill tilt, mostly strikes. Slider is already advanced with a chance to become a plus pitch in the future, 11/5-10/4 shape with tight spin and late depth thrown with full arm speed, 75-78 mph. Changeup is still developing, 81-82 mph, some strikes.
