As recruiting heats up for 2025 graduates across the country, we are beginning to take a look at some of the top '25 talent still available in Indiana's junior class. Today, we take a look at '25 RHP Grant Mercer of Lake Central HS.

A '25 arm worth a follow - Mercer owns a projectable, 6-foot-4, 185 pound frame and has eclipsed the 90 mph mark on his fastball, routinely sitting in the mid-to-upper 80s. The long-limbed right-hander attacks with a long, uninterrupted arm swing that whips to release and the frame suggests that more velocity is left in the tank. Mercer compliments his fastball with a slurvey, upper-70s slider that shows flashes of sharp bite. The pitchability is still a question mark at this point, but there is undeniable upside when considering the frame and present arm talent.
