Jamison Harris committed to the University of Nebraska-Omaha a few months after his appearance at the 2022 Future Games.

The Mavericks' development and proximity to his family were key in the decision.

"I chose the University of Nebraska-Omaha because of the coaches and the program they were building, says Harris. "I grew up in Nebraska, and my commitment to UNO was the right decision. It was also important for me to have my family and loved ones have easy access to my games. I love the people of Nebraska and can't wait to put on for them."

At six-foot-four, Harris is an imposing figure on the mound, creating a tough look for hitters with his release height. At the 2022 Elite 50, the left-hander was letting go of his fastball at six feet, six inches, while gaining six feet of extension down the mound.
