Class 5

#4 Nixa 2, Kickapoo 1
Jake Smith got Kickapoo on the board in the first inning with an RBI double that scored Kyle Giefer.  The Chiefs would take a 1-0 lead into the sixth inning, when Nixa's Patirck Hoerning squeeze bunt scored Greyston Scott.  Kyle Robillard won the game for Nixa in the eighth inning with an RBI single that scored Garen Krone. Jacob Ruder went the distance for Nixa, striking out six and allowing no earned runs on four hits.  Jake Smith struck out six and scattered six hits over six innings for Kickapoo.

John Oliver throws a complete game for Staley to earn the win. 

Parkway Central 5, #10 CBC 3
Josh Konecek goes 4-for-4 with an RBI and scored a run, while Brantley Lohkamp and Zack Lazenby each collect two hits for Parkway Central.  Connor Kraus throws a complete-game for the win.  Kraus allowd one earned run on five hits with five strikeouts and no walks.

#2 Notre Dame 12, Perryville 3
Josh Haggerty, Chase Urhahn and Griffen Siebert had two hits apiece and combine for seven RBI in the win for Notre Dame.  Ross James earned the win working five innings and allowing two earned runs on five hits with four strikeouts and two walks. 

#3 Logan-Rogersville 14, Marshfield 4
Bailey Jenkins and Matt Zahn hit home runs to lead Logan-Rogersville past Marshfield 14-4.  Zahn finished the game with four RBI and Brett Denney, who was 1-for-3 on the game, drove in three runs.  Connor Pomering was 3-for-3 with a double and scored two runs for Logan-Rogersville.  Jacob Schlesener surrendered four runs on four hits with seven strikeouts to earn the win. 

Cassville 8, #9 Carl Junction 5
Cassville gets six runs in the seventh to upend Carl Junction.  Marcus Weatherman goes all seven to earn the win.

#1 Springfield Catholic 13, #9 Ava 3
Tyler Ast hits a pair of doubles and knocks in four to help Springfield Cathloic to 13-3 win over Ava.  Eric Atwell went 3-for-4 with 2 RBI, and Ryan Haller went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored.  Matthew Tipton went the distance for Springfield Catholic, striking out six and allowing just one earned run on four hits. 

#4 Palmyra 6, Bowling Green 2

Aaron Stone gets the complete-game win for Palmyra.

#8 Forsyth 11, Clever 2
Jay Kaufman goes 2-for-4 with two doubles, two stolen bases and two runs scored, while Layn Hurst addes a 2-for-3 performance with a double, four RBI and two runs in the win for Forsyth.
