Quick Hitters: Wilmington ID/Team Beast Scout Day - Pitchers

Matt Payne
Director of Scouting, PBR of NC

On Sunday February 5th PBR of North Carolina was on hand in Wilmington, NC for the Wilmington Preseason ID and a Scout Day with the Team Beast Organization. The day featured players from the 2023-2027 grad classes.

The day began with catchers going through a defensive evaluation followed by pitchers throwing a controlled bullpen with Trackman collecting ball flight data. After the pitchers, players ran a laser timed 30 then infielders and outfielders went through a defensive workout. The day concluded with players taking batting practice with Trackman gathering advanced metrics.

Below we begin our breakdown of the players in attendance. Look for more information to follow in the coming days.
