Spring Break Scout Blog: Diamond Beach Invite at West Brunswick

The 2nd leg of the Brunswick County swing during Spring Break took Prep Baseball to the Diamond Beach Invitational hosted at West Brunswick HS.  A tremendous atmosphere with the baseball tournament and a softball tournament, with some of the same schools involved, happening right next to the baseball facility.  This 8 team field is always one to circle and the staff at West Brunswick does a great job of hosting their event year in and year out.

The 2024 edition of the Diamond Beach Invite featured West Columbus, South Stanly, West Johnston, Pine Lake Prep, Randleman, East Forsyth, West Stanly, and the host West Brunswick. Prep Baseball was on hand for day 2 of the 3 day event, where winners advance to play each throughout the championship format.
