Top Offer: Millersville

PBR: When did you start looking into schools?

Blish: I started looking into schools the summer entering my senior year.
PBR: When did you go on your first college visit?

Blish:
I went on my first college visit also over the summer entering my senior year.

PBR:
What did you like about the PBR events you attended?

Blish:
All 3 PBR events I attended were ran smoothly and gave everyone who attended an opportunity to show what they've got to many schools.

PBR:
Do you think showcases are necessary for players looking to pursue a collegiate baseball career?

Blish:
I believe showcases are definitely necessary if you want to play at the next level. Showcases allow you to perform in front of some coaches that may not be able to come see you play or to get yourself on the radar.

PBR: How did you land at your commitment?

Blish:
I committed to Cortland because it felt like a strong fit for me and the team is very solid year after year. Also Coach Brown is a great coach and is very up front on how everything will be earned and every day is a competition and that is the kind of environment I see myself progressing most in.

PBR: What words of advice would you give for the upcoming classes based on your recruiting experience?

Blish:
Advice I would give to upcoming recruiting classes is to attend as many showcases you can to get your name out there and to use all your campus visits to see which school fits you the best.
