We're reaching the mid-point of the 2024 season and we're starting to get a clearer picture thanks to multiple high-end matchups in the past few weeks.  The main theme of this season has been the parity shown across all levels which should make the postseason in May one of the more exciting two weeks with multiple teams in each class having a chance to take home the title.  We put together the list looking at the entire season's resume with emphasis on Power 25 wins, district wins, strength of schedule, and strength of record.  All records are taken directly off the ossaa rankings webpage.

The top two spots remain the same from last week as both teams hold serve in undefeated weeks.  Bixby continues to pile up big wins with five victories coming against currently ranked teams in the Power 25.  Choctaw stays at two with their only loss coming earlier in the year against Bixby and has a chance to really bolster the resume this week with 4 of their 5 games coming against Power 25 opponents.  Owasso moves up to number 3 after a 4-0 week that saw them only allow 4 runs in those contests.  Elgin and Tuttle check in at number 4 and 5 in this update as the top contenders in their respective classes and amassing a ton of wins on the schedule.

Stillwater sees a jump in the poll back up to number 8 where they started the season after getting hot in the past couple of weeks winning 9 out of their last 11 games.  Duncan sees their stock rise up to number 11 after a strong showing at the Cleveland County Classic with the bats starting to come alive.  3 teams make their debut in the Power 25 this week with Chickasha coming in at number 21, Collinsville debuting at number 22 after a strong win against Sapulpa, and Tushka at 23rd after winning the Dewar Gumbo Classic taking down previously undeafted Dewar.  Edmond Santa Fe returns back into the Power 25 after a 4-1 week against strong competition.
