Looking ahead towards the highly anticipated PA State Games, this will be the most heavily scouted event in the state of Pennsylvania. Due to the changes with the NCAA recruiting rules, top end talent remains uncommitted, setting up this years PA State Games to be the most talent filled event in recent years.

Regarding the new NCAA Recruiting Rules "prohibits communication of any kind between prospective student-athletes and college coaches prior to Aug. 1 of their junior year."
