Uncommitted Spotlight: 2025 SS Tate Deal

As we wrap up the 2023 season, we now continue our coverage of the talent we've seen so far this year in Colorado with 'Uncommitted Spotlights' of the top prospects still on the board in the junior class. While there's already prospects in the class committed to programs already, there remains a slew of high-end talent still available.

These spotlights help paint a picture of the prospect with the help of our TrackMan, Blast Motion, Swift Performance and Vizual Edge systems, that provides objective data that teams use to identify and break down players they believe will fit into their system.

Today, we continue our Top Uncommitted Spotlights with a look at 2025 SS Tate Deal of Arvada West HS. Deal is another standout infielder from the Future Games that comes with premium tools. This summer, Deal showcased a 95 mph top exit-velocity with a 6.78 60 yard dash time and clean actions at shortstop. We can also tell you that as a sophomore this spring, Deal hit .385 with over a 1.000 OPS (65 at-bats) at the 5A level in Colorado. Deal comes with a strong base at the plate and is actively developing as Colorado's #4 ranked shortstop in the 2025 class.
