The Benedictine Cadets bring home the Week 4 honors. They had a banner week, winning the 2nd Annual Commonwealth Classic and then later in the week knocking off #3 Highland School. In addition to sweeping the Commonwealth Classic and knocking off the Hawks, the Cadets defeated St. Chris on Saturday evening in the annual Buddy Ball charity game that features the two VISAA DI rivals.

Elijah Coston got the win versus Highland, throwing five innings, while Riley Roarty got the two inning save and had two hits. On Saturday night, Jake Wise threw a complete game shutout to go along with his win against Independence the following Saturday. The Cadets stumbled a little bit two weeks ago versus Norfolk Academy, but it seems they have hit their stride winning their last five with all of them coming versus formidable opponents.
