Welcome back to our winter programing schedule of High & Tight and welcome to 2024. As the year progresses, we will continue to discuss players that stand out at events, the 2024 high school season, our rankings updates, and many other topics in between. Keep an eye out for our daily High & Tight: Spotlight Series posts as well, as we continue to work towards our goal of trying to promote players from Virginia and DC.

In a busy episode this week, John Nolan discusses arms he saw at R&D Pro Day, Jason Burton breaks down Virginia/DC players at Super 60, and then Jordan Jones joins in as the three of them look ahead to this weekend's Preseason All-State sessions in Norfolk and Northern Virginia.
